Shipping Services

Orders that are currently in stock are typically dispatched within 5–7 business days. If an item is not immediately available, our team will reach out to provide an estimated delivery timeframe.

All orders benefit from free shipping.

Domestic shipments are sent via FedEx or DHL, depending on the value of the order. While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, deliveries are made Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. You will receive updates regarding the progress of your shipment.

All parcels are shipped with tracking and require a signature upon delivery. For security reasons, we cannot authorise packages to be left without a signature. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will usually attempt delivery up to two additional times.

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can follow your shipment.

After the package has been signed for, responsibility for the item transfers to the customer.

Showroom Collections

Same-Day Deliveries

Not all pieces displayed online are physically available in every showroom location. However, if you are located close to one of our showrooms and wish to purchase a piece of jewellery for same-day collection or delivery, please contact us at info@lamahourani.com before midday on weekdays. Our team will review availability and do our best to accommodate your request.

If you would like to see or try on a piece featured online, you are welcome to visit one of our showrooms or enquire about retailers near your location.

Exchanges & Refunds

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines outlined below.

Rings

If a client is unable to visit a showroom to have their ring size professionally measured and instead provides their size via email, any resizing or adjustment required afterward will incur a charge. This may include the cost of resizing or remaking the ring, as well as any associated shipping costs.

General Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly through our website, by phone, or through our boutiques. Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for return through us.

We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that show signs of wear or damage.

If import duties and taxes were paid by us at the time of shipment, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.

Please note that bespoke items, resized jewellery, or engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Instructions

1. Request Your Return

Please contact us at info@lamahourani.com to request a return or exchange. In your message, include:

• Your full name
• Delivery address
• Order number
• Contact phone number

We will respond within 48 hours with the return address and further instructions.

2. Prepare Your Package

When sending the item back, please ensure it is carefully packed:

• Place the jewellery inside the Lama Hourani pouch.
• Put the pouch into the presentation box, adding tissue paper or bubble wrap for protection.
• Include the certificate of authenticity.
• Place the jewellery box and certificate inside an additional pouch or protective wrapping.
• Pack everything securely inside a strong shipping box (you may reuse the original box).

Make sure the contents cannot move during transit and that the package is properly sealed.

3. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for the full value of the item.

Customers are responsible for the product until it has safely arrived back with us.

4. Inspection

Once we receive the returned item (within 14 days of delivery), it will be carefully inspected. We reserve the right to refuse the return if:

• The jewellery is not in its original condition
• Any part of the packaging (box or pouch) is missing
• The item shows signs of wear or damage

5. Refunds

After the item passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund for the purchase price, minus any duties or taxes paid by us at shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchasewithin 30 days.

Please note that we are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
